params/is_background must be boolean #633

What happened?

运行中只要使用到命令工具，就一直报错params/is_background must be boolean，导致根本无法往下继续执行

正常运行

ubuntu 20.04 nvm 安装的node版本从20-23 都试过了，报错，没一个能运行下来的。
用的Github上的也不行，用npm安装的也不行。
