What happened?
使用 qwen --resume 恢复之前的会话后，按空格键展开 preview 查看 thinking block 时，思考内容渲染异常——被截断显示，出现省略号/换行断裂。
具体表现：
- 内容是正确的——JSONL 中的 thinking 数据完整
- 但 CLI 渲染输出被截断——显示的文本在中途断裂，无法完整阅读
- 按空格 preview 模式下尤其明显
What did you expect to happen?
--resume 后按空格预览 thinking block 应该显示完整的思考内容，和实时会话中的显示效果一致。
