While disableUpdateNag is set to true, qwen-code is still checking for updates #1304

What happened?

In the settings.json file setting "general.disableUpdateNag" to "true" does not change behavior.
Setting as used:

"general": {
"disableAutoUpdate": true,
"disableUpdateNag ": true
},

Details:

• On my windows system there is only one settings.json in the users/username/.qwen directory. I do not use other settings.json that would be potentially override the main one.
• The setting disableAutoUpdate is working fine. When that is set to false it does perform updates.

What did you expect to happen?

I plan to run qwen-code in an air-gaped environment, with no internet access at all and with strict version control to guarantee repeatability. Therefor I expect qwen-code to not make external connections unless explicitly authorized or instructed to do so. This connection also delays start-up somewhat as it waits for an answer from external server.
