This PR updates the release workflow to produce a macOS x64 (x86_64-apple-darwin) CLI artifact and to better order release steps so PyPI publishing happens after the GitHub Release is published.
Changes:
- Add a macOS Intel build matrix entry to generate
x86_64-apple-darwinrelease artifacts. - Make the
publish-pythonjob depend on thereleasejob (in addition tovalidate) so PyPI publication happens after the GitHub Release upload completes.
