New UsageSummary/UsageByModel models + client.usage() + session.usage() + a 'sanad usage' command showing this period's requests vs the plan quota and a per-model breakdown. TDD (client/session/CLI tests). The demo backend now serves GET /api/v1/usage so the command is demoable, and specs #1/#3 document the endpoint the backend must serve.
