Unexpected error: 'ascii' codec can't encode characters in position 0-2: ordinal not in range(128)

What steps can reproduce the bug?
Kimi CLI:
Invoke-RestMethod https://code.kimi.com/install.ps1 | Invoke-Expression
kimi
25362@test💫

Session ID: 69f9f260-4656-456f-bcea-11cf7a09f911(来自欢迎界面)
What is the expected behavior?
Additional information
- 已尝试设置 PYTHONIOENCODING=utf-8 和 PYTHONUTF8=1,无效

Additional information
- Tried setting PYTHONIOENCODING=utf-8 and PYTHONUTF8=1, to no avail
- Tried chcp 65001, to no avail
- The bug may be related to an encoding issue with the emoji (💫) in the prompt when writing to the history file
- Unable to execute any commands, including /version, /help, because they crash immediately after typing them
- Fresh installation on Windows 11 Chinese system
- Tested using both PowerShell and Windsurf terminals, same error reported
