When we are executing the previous task, we are unable to write a prompt for the next task. #1287

What feature would you like to see?

Description:
When executing a task, we are unable to write or prepare the prompt for the next task in the sequence. The prompt input field for the subsequent task remains locked or inaccessible until the current task is fully completed.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Start executing Task A
2. While Task A is still in progress, attempt to write a prompt for Task B
3. Observe that the prompt field for Task B is disabled

Expected Behavior:
Users should be able to draft prompts for upcoming tasks even while the current task is still running, allowing for better workflow continuity and preparation.

Actual Behavior:
Prompt creation for the next task is blocked until the current task execution is complete.
