Borderlands 3 Achievements Not Functioning #581

Describe the bug
Do an achievement and it doesn't unlock. I believe it's not creating the achievement.json folder in the Appdata GSE Save area.

Emulator version
2026_07_19 for both the debug and non-debug.

The game SteamAppId: 397540
The game using Denuvo: No (It was patched out. Though it originally had Denuvo in older versions.)

Requirement

• I am uploaded debug log.
• I am uploaded steam_setting file.
• I am sure the game not using 3rd party server (Photon, Playfab, GC, etc).
• I am sure can run the game offline.
