Describe the bug
When running any Source Engine game (e.g. Half-Life 2, Counter-Strike: Source, Team Fortress 2) with the overlay enabled, if you exit the game without opening the overlay during that session, the cursor will snap into the upper left corner of the screen and it will be stuck in place until you click.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
- Make sure you have the overlay enabled in configs.overlay.ini.
- Run a Source Engine game (e.g. Half-Life 2, Counter-Strike: Source, Team Fortress 2).
- Do NOT open the overlay.
- Exit the game.
- Cursor snaps into the upper left corner of the screen and gets stuck there until you click.
Expected behavior
Cursor position on exit is not affected by the overlay.
