Describe the feature

Currently the submission form fields still use a hardcoded switch of components: dsDynamicFormControlMapFn instead of only loading the components we need. We should refactor this switch using a decorator and lazy-load all the field components to reduce the main bundle size.

Related work

We already reduced the main bundle size for the other dynamic components in DSpace here:
