Bot Libre integrates with Microsoft translate to translate into any language.
You can configure your Microsoft translate API key in the website Sys Admin Console.
Then it will auto translate any subdomain, i.e. https://es.botlibre.com/
You can also set the default language in the Site.java, but you would need to rebuild the war file and redeploy it to your Tomcat server.
