it seems the flag for default output has not been updated to work with the new reg system to where the flag for default output is being ignored which is causing pages to not receive the proper js output to the source.

was able to track down the bug in the omniture module that was preventing default output.

I also testing through each of the plugins to confirm that default output was occurring as required.
