Thought it might be something on my end but checked your site and don't see images in IE as well. Any ideas?

Borealis Responsive Images is also 100% jQuery independent, so if you're building a bare-bones site using Drupal, you're still able to use it and not need to also include jQuery! Yay! This, however, means that browser support is limited to IE8+.

I saw this in project description. I realize responsive won't work in older IE browsers but i'm not seeing a fallback to the original image....

The polyfill order was incorrect in 1.2, fixed in 2.0. That being said, the LazyLoad option has changed slightly, the following setting are what you want:

There is a setting in admin/config/media/image-styles/responsive/settings for Initial Image Load. If you want a fallback images for browsers where the replace script isn't supported, set that option to Always Load Smallest Image Size.

Shouldn't the fallback for older browsers be to use the original image style, not the smallest slice Borealis creates for that image?
