Show up when buyers ask ChatGPT.
ChatGPT is where a growing number of buyers start their research. We make sure that when it searches the web, your brand is easy to find, accurately described and cited.
Tell us your brand, market and top competitors. We show you where you appear.
How it works
How to rank in ChatGPT: who it mentions, and why.
It answers from training and from live search
Without search it relies on what it learned in training. With search on, it reads current web pages and cites them. We work on both: the sources it reads today and the signals that shape how models describe you.
Citations come from pages it can read
Pages that answer a question directly, state facts plainly and are clearly attributed are easier to quote than pages hidden behind scripts, pop-ups or vague copy.
Third-party mentions carry weight
Reviews, roundups, press and community discussion often shape who gets recommended. Your own site is one input, not the only one.
Answers vary by prompt and by day
The same question can return different answers. We track a set of prompts over time instead of judging from a single screenshot.
Prompts we track
What ChatGPT is asked, and where answers come from.
Examples of the buyer prompts we track for clients, and the kinds of sources the answers usually draw on.
| Example prompt | Sources that usually shape the answer |
|---|---|
| “Best project management tool for a 20-person agency?” | Comparison and “best for” pages, review sites |
| “Is [your brand] worth it?” | Your pricing page, reviews, forum threads |
| “Alternatives to [competitor]” | Listicles, comparison tables, your own alternatives page |
| “How do I [task your product solves]?” | How-to guides that name tools |
Illustrative prompts. Your prompt set is built from your own customers’ questions.

Technical access
Can ChatGPT actually reach your site?
OpenAI uses separate crawlers for separate jobs. We check that the right ones can get in.
| Crawler | What it does | What we check |
|---|---|---|
| OAI-SearchBot | OpenAI’s crawler for showing sites in ChatGPT search results | Not blocked in robots.txt, CDN or firewall |
| GPTBot | OpenAI’s crawler for collecting content that may be used to train its models | A deliberate allow or block decision, made with you |
| ChatGPT-User | Fetches a page when a person asks ChatGPT to visit it. User-initiated, so robots.txt rules may not apply | Pages load quickly and render without scripts |

Can you guarantee ChatGPT will recommend us?
No, and be wary of anyone who says they can. Answers vary by prompt, user and day, and nobody controls the model. We improve the inputs it draws on and measure what changes.
Do we need to allow OpenAI’s crawlers?
To appear in ChatGPT search results, OpenAI’s search crawler (OAI-SearchBot) needs access. Whether to allow GPTBot, which relates to training, is a separate business decision. We help you set each one deliberately.
Is this the same as SEO?
They overlap: crawlable, credible, well-structured content helps both. The differences are what gets measured, how prompts replace keywords and how much third-party mentions count. We plan it alongside SEO rather than instead of it.
How do you measure progress?
We track a fixed set of buyer prompts for mentions, citations and how you are described, compared with competitors, and report changes over time. Referral traffic from ChatGPT appears in analytics where it is passed through.
How long does it take?
Technical fixes can show up soon after pages are re-crawled. Earning mentions on third-party sources takes longer. We give a realistic range once the baseline is done.
