Robotic vehicle delivered to the lunar surface with a LM-Shelter or a LM-Truck-Shelter and used during and after the manned mission to explore areas prior to committing a man.<\/p>\n<p>The MOBEV R0DE was based upon a vehicle being delivered to the lunar surface with a LM-Shelter or a LM-Truck-Shelter and used during and after the manned mission to explore areas prior to committing a man, and to extend the data obtained during the manned mission to a much larger area.<\/p>\n<p>The vehicle would have a total range capability of about 800 km, which could be used in a detailed, intensive, survey pattern or on a linear traverse across a boundary area.
