The room I stayed in was 212. When I checked in, I found that the elevator there was broken. My suitcase was very heavy. The staff helped me carry my luggage and told me that I could also ask them for help when I checked out. But when I checked out on the morning of October 12 and asked a staff member for help, he refused to help me. I could only carry a 20kg suitcase down about 30 steps by myself.

The female staff member at the front desk was very unfriendly, as if I owed her something. I will definitely not recommend this hotel in the future.
