There was confusion about the rooms and number of beds and we had to ask multiple times to ensure we had twin bed arrangements and an accessible bathroom. The information about the availability of parking was also not very clear. Whilst things worked out ok in the end (with an upgrade due to the non-response to our bed requests) it appears like there is a communication problem at the hotel and information/customer requests not getting through between the call centre and reception. Apart from that our stay went well and the breakfast was good

Our team identified your requirements during arrival checks and contacted you a day before arrival to advise that the original bedding and bathroom configuration was unsuitable for a wheelchair user. To better accommodate your needs, the original booking was cancelled free of charge and new bookings were created by our team. I am sorry that, despite these arrangements, communication was not as clear as it should have been. We will review our processes to ensure guest requests are consistently communicated between our central reservations team and the hotel. Thank you for bringing this to our attention.
