El hotel está bien, renovado recientemente se pueden pasar por alto detalles como no tener una sola ventana con vista despejada o un armario para prendas largas. Pero ME ROBARON DENTRO DE LA HABITACIÓN. Dejé el monedero dentro de la maleta y desapareció sin ninguna consecuencia. En fin, no me había pasado nunca. Deplorable

Insospechado, una elegancia y reveladora experiencia, bien vale la pena dedicar una visita a esta gran ciudad. El hotel complementa exquisito la estancia Londinense, con una ubicación privilegiada en el corazón de la vida política de la Ciudad entre los majestuosos parques, monumentos y vida de Londres en un icónico edificio.el servicio e instalaciones son dignas de su entorno, todo lo que se esperaría y aún lleno de agradables detalles. El personal es sumamente amable, las instalaciones y habitaciones acogedoras y elegantes, los servicios de alimentos de buena calidad y diversidad, el gym y el Spa suficientemente amplios y equipados sin ser extraordinarios.
