Our stay at the 25Hours hotel in Berlin was fabulous. The room (kindly upgraded to a Monkey Room, overlooking the chimps, cranes and gorilla) was perfect and quirky enough to be different - especially the hammock! The NENI restaurant is a must and the Monkey Bar serves delicious (slightly off the wall) cocktails. If you have never been to Berlin....GO! And if you do go stay at the 25Hours hotel.

Almost 8 + , great bed, view from room onto Berlin zoo, great bathroom and breakfast ...score breaker a really poor WIFI which for me is a problem. Fix that and you get 9....staff were generally very good

I am a travel consultant and rate hotels based on many components. The staff does make a difference! Jakob at check in could NOT have been more helpful. The next day Jennifer at the front desk helped me with a tour that I had booked….she even went so far as to call the company with her own phone to rectify the situation. The guidance provided by our waiter Marcel, in Nani proved to be invaluable! There are many hotel options in Berlin, but the outstanding service we received at your lovely property will lead me to strongly recommend the 25 hours Bikini Berlin to all my friends and clients headed to Berlin.

The room was comfortable, tem control was a bit flakey but nothing major. Hotel was well maintained. Hot water was never real hot so if you use a hot water bottle or like real hot showers (I don't) you will be out of luck. Housekeeping was helpful and friendly. Check-in was a bit slow, check out seamless. View of the zoo and the park providing fresh breezes in the evening was great. A few blocks from the metro, buses at the metro, some just outside of the hotel. Good views from the Monkey Bar upstairs

Rooms were too dark, painted black with minimal light. Need more lightbulbs, warmer light, in the rooms. Room was clean but dusty. Free minibar is a nice touch. Wish there had been warmer touches in the room. A cold vibe.

Perhaps that’s the urban touch of our ‘urban jungle’, but I understand that it isn’t quite your idea of a cosy stay. We always strive to be there for our guests to the very best of our ability. Just like in a big city, however, we too have our ‘rush hour’. We’re sorry if you happened to arrive during one of these times and had to wait at check-in.
