No safe at the room, no fridge, no ironing in the room, only on 3rd floor a very small room. Loud room 1st floor to the street

Dear Ralf, Thank you very much for your feedback. We are sorry that you were not satisfied with the size of the room and the noise levels. We would like to clarify a few points. In our ibis hotels, a fridge and an iron are not part of the standard room facilities. Our ironing room is located on the 3rd floor and for security reasons, the guest safes are located at reception. We regret that your room facing the street was too noisy for you. For your next stay, we recommend that you specify your preference for a quiet room when making your booking. Fab location & friendly staff. Rooms are quite warm but comfy beds, great shower & everything you would expect.
