Dear Mr. L., Thank you for sharing your feedback. We are pleased to hear that you enjoyed your room and were satisfied with the cleanliness, our team, and the overall booking and check-in experience. We sincerely apologize that the renovation work started at 8:00 a.m. instead of the time indicated in the elevator. We understand how disappointing this must have been, especially when expecting a later start. We will review the information provided to ensure that the communicated times are accurate. We are also sorry for the considerable noise caused by the waste containers on Tuesday morning. We understand that this was disturbing, even on the 6th floor, and will look into possible ways to reduce such noise. Regarding the limited number of power outlets next to the bed, we appreciate your feedback and will take it into consideration as part of our ongoing room improvements. Thank you once again for your valuable comments and for your recommendation. We hope to have the pleasure of welcoming you and your family back to ibis Styles Berlin Mitte. Kind regards, Your ibis Styles Berlin Mitte Team
