well located with good public transportation connections. Easy to check in and out. Staff very helpful. Unfortunately room creature comforts are not very good. Bed was very uncomfortable and I had trouble sleeping both nights I stayed, which was very unlike the Ibis Styles we know. Toilet and bath placement were awkward and far away. Sink unit, too, on a very elevated platform. The industrial design elements do not suit this hotel family at all. Definitely in need of restyling.

Dear Mr. A., Thank you for taking the time to share your detailed feedback with us. We are pleased to hear that you appreciated our central location, convenient public transport connections, and the helpfulness of our team. We are also glad that you found the booking process easy and were satisfied with the cleanliness of your room. We sincerely regret that the comfort of the bed and the bathroom layout did not meet your expectations. We understand how important a comfortable bed is for a restful night's sleep. As you stayed in one of our newly renovated rooms, we are sorry that the updated room design and open bathroom concept did not fully suit your preferences. We appreciate your honest feedback, as our guests' perspectives are important to us. Thank you again for your constructive comments. We hope to have the opportunity to welcome you back to ibis Styles Berlin Mitte and provide you with a more enjoyable stay. Kind regards, Your ibis Styles Berlin Mitte Team

Good location, 30 mins from airport using public transport. Lots of atmosphere around, several walkable sights nearby (wall, alexanderplatz, etc). However, it can be quite noisy. If you’re a light sleeper, this might be too much in the middle. We got to listen to a street party on a Thursday from 01AM-02AM

Dear Mr. G., Thank you for sharing your detailed feedback. We are delighted that you and your family appreciated our central location, the convenient public transport connections, and the friendly service provided by our team. It is also wonderful to know that you were satisfied with your room, cleanliness, and value for money. However, we sincerely regret that the noise from the street party disturbed your sleep during the night. Our hotel is located in the lively heart of Berlin Mitte, with numerous restaurants, bars, and attractions nearby. While this central location offers many advantages, we understand that occasional street noise can affect the comfort of our guests, particularly those who are light sleepers. Thank you again for your valuable comments. We hope to have the pleasure of welcoming you and your family back to ibis Styles Berlin Mitte for another enjoyable stay. Kind regards, Your ibis Styles Berlin Mitte Team

Fantastic location Great corner room looking down ti the TV tower from bed ! Bring earplugs as the road junction is very busy and the emergency service vehicles are regular users

Dear Mr. P., Thank you for your lovely review. We are delighted that you enjoyed our central location and the fantastic view of the Berlin TV Tower from your corner room. It is wonderful to know that you were satisfied with our breakfast, the service provided by our team, and your overall experience. We appreciate your feedback regarding the street noise. As our hotel is located at a busy junction in central Berlin, traffic and emergency vehicle sirens can occasionally be heard. Unfortunately, this is part of the urban environment, but we understand that it may affect light sleepers. We also appreciate your comments regarding our sustainability efforts. We are sorry that your towels were changed unnecessarily and that the Do Not Disturb sign was not available or visible. We aim to use resources responsibly, and your feedback highlights an area where we can improve. Thank you again for your valuable feedback. We hope to welcome you back to ibis Styles Berlin Mitte for another enjoyable stay. Kind regards, Your ibis Styles Berlin Mitte Team

I stayed 3 nights as I came over for the Oktoberfest

Dear Mr. D., Thank you for sharing your feedback following your three-night stay with us. We are pleased that you appreciated our central location, with the U-Bahn and tram stops nearby, as well as the booking process, your room, and its cleanliness. We also appreciate your willingness to recommend our hotel. However, we are very sorry that your check-out experience did not meet your expectations. We sincerely regret that you felt you were treated rudely and that the process was unnecessarily delayed. This is certainly not the impression we want to leave our guests with, and we take your comments regarding our team’s communication and service seriously. Thank you for bringing this matter to our attention. Your feedback helps us identify where we need to improve, and we will share your comments with the relevant team. We hope to have the opportunity to welcome you back and provide you with a more positive experience from arrival to departure. Kind regards, Your ibis Styles Berlin Mitte Team

The hotel is centrally located, but this also leads to a lot of noise from the tram, traffic and people. There is still some renovation at the hotel ongoing, so at times it is a bit noisy from that as well. The breakfast area is located in the reception area, which is ok, but also gives a lot of disturbance from people coming in / going out. Our room was ok, but the shower could have a make over - water was not running of.
