It is difficult to catch an Uber outside the hotel because there is nowhere for it to stop. Taxis know they can park in the area between the tram lines for a short time. There is a noise coming from the toilet in room 119 that needs to get fixed - loud enough to wake one up in the middle of the night if the door in the room is not closed- sounds like a faulty flush mechanism.

All staff were super helpful and friendly. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Food was great! Conference meeting room temperature could be better (cooler).

The rooms were clean and comfortable. The doors have a difficult time shutting so they were loud early morning/late evening- wake me up. The breakfast bar did not have enough vegetarian and vegan options.

I stay weekly at the Mercure Antigone. It feels as close to home as a hotel can be. The staff are all so friendly and welcoming. The bed is SO comfortable. The breakfast is the best in town. It is well-situated near the tram line 1, the bus to the airport, centre ville, and when I need a quiet place to work, the mediatheque is just across the street.
