We had so nice vacation at Pullman recently, very good food, nice pool are and amazing spa which we used a lot. Good equipment in gym with everything you need. Very friendly staff. Thank you! We will definitely come back!

It was good but the promise when checking in wasn't fulfilled. I was upgraded and given a free mini bar and it was mentioned it would be restocked each morning but it was only water that was restocked. When I asked at reception they said they would refill it but they only added extra water and not the juice or coke etc.

However, we are genuinely sorry that your experience with the minibar did not meet your expectations. The complimentary minibar drinks are provided once upon arrival, while bottled water is replenished daily throughout the stay. Nevertheless, we regret that this was not communicated clearly enough at check-in, particularly as you understood that the entire minibar would be restocked each morning. We sincerely apologize for this misunderstanding and for the disappointment it caused. Very comfortable room decorated in soft colours. Comfortable bed and loved the open plan bathroom design. Rooftop bar and restaurant was very pleasant for tea, working, a cocktail and breakfast buffet was extensive. Marie who is working in the restaurant was an absolute delight and so warm and friendly each time I came for breakfast. Great to have the water refill station in the lobby and a few complimentary drinks in the room refrigerator. Tram stop two minutes walk from hotel and 15 minutes walk to Place de la Comedie. I'll be back!
